The Makita BTW253Z LXT is a 3/8-Inch Bare Impact Wrench. The Makita BTW253Z features a square-drive, variable-speed, and is reversible for ultimate versatility. The Makita Impact Wrench is compatible with the LXT lithium-ion battery (sold separately) which provides a longer runtime, 5x lower self-discharge (for use any time) and 16 firm holding contact terminals (for constant high power).
